it reminds me of an old shopping trick where you price your goods at 99 cents instead of 1 dollar to make the customers think it is cheaper. c-cube's short interest number is right at 9.9 million. personally i count that as 10 million. nobody's selling and buyers are jumping in everyday, so it is logical that most of the stocks come from shorting.
