That giga report is a crock of @#%$!. How can you explain DELL's ratings in the TBR report released a few days ago unless their service was top notch? The TBR report takes data from corporate and institutional IT managers and is a lot more comprehensive than an informal poll of some buddies. DELL and SUNW topped the list. Not IBM. Not CPQ. If this Giga report has any credibility than lets see it posted and let's hear from it's author, who has apparently decided to climb back under a rock. Fez
