Carlo Civelli is a new director at JDX who loaded up on shares (just over 2 million at .45-.65) last Dec - April and presently has 800,000 options out of the money. He is one of the bigger promoters in Canada during the last decade and has been involved with several big promotions in the U.S (including Intl Cablecasting and Novadigm).

The head of Haywood Securities is Mr. Tognetti. Carlo Civelli and Haywood (Tognetti) have been involved with several large Canadian and U.S promotion's in the past including Novadigm

haywood.com

They ran that baby up over 700% in less than a year when they turned on the promotion machine.

Other than Haywood being a friendly hand since they are likely part of the promotion team they have also called the tops and bottom very wells....maybe they have a source of inside information (Carlo??)

At the very bottom from Oct 98 - March 99 Haywood bought over 2.5 million shares and was the largest net buyer almost every month....nice timing on their part, it is almost like they knew something was going to happen <ggg>

During the week of the run in April guess who was the largest net seller..HAYWOOD. They knew a deal wasn't going to be announced at the AGM and dumped 250,000 between .96-1.11 for a nice profit. This was one of the reasons I sold a bunch of my stock above $1...I was watching Haywood selling and looking for movement up on the day of the AGM and didn't see it so I took some profit...(I think I posted that to the thread). The next month (MAY) Haywood bought back the 250,000 they dumped in the low .80's and until now hasn't been buying.

Now Haywood is on the buy again and has bought 235,000 in the past 13 trading sessions without a single sell including a 15,000 block today that was sitting at the ask. From my count they should be net over 3 million shares right now and sure aren't selling any.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist (although I am one since I have an Aerospace B.Eng) to figure out that Civelli and Haywood plan or promoting JDX sometime in the near future.

Best Regards
KEITH

P.S Just for humor sake....I am presently doing my P.Hd in Neurophysiology right now so I could also be considered a Brain Surgeon by some standards....

So I guess I am both a Rocket Scientist and a Brain Surgeon...makes for a good punch line <ggg>
