fez - see my other notes. The poster was not the author. I don't put too much weight on the giga report, but I don't put much weight on the survey you mention either - this space has nothing to do with how well DELL services their PC customers, which is what that survey addressed. This is about enterprise consulting - the area where DELL now appears to be handing responsibility off to IBM.
