Brian I think it was Karl Marx who once said that people get the kind of Government they deserve. The same is tru about shareholders I believe. Those people who want to keep skimming a profit every time there is a move, control the extent and duration of the move. And that of course limits the company's ability to finance further at better prices. Don't give me a hard time I haven't sold ANY shares. You and your buddies are the ones that were selling in case it went down, and by your actions making sure it would. Randy has to take the best deal he can get. More than a month ago I foresaw that this financing would be around $2.50. The fundamentals haven't changed, only the fickle fools who fiddle with the market, and then blame management.
