disagree on prob{<180} exceeds prob{>200}
it appears to be consolidating the gains, preparing for a major assault on 200

note the higher impulse lows sequentially... after hitting 190 on the big move from 152, it pulled back to 182... after the Ballmer nonsense tech selloff, it pulled back to 184... after the JDEddie numbnut downgrade, it pulled back to 186... now it has trouble making new highs, and it has pulled back to 188

looks to me like we have very shorterm an uptrend building with only moderate volume... the shorterm moving averages are weaving among themselves in tame quiescence... looks to me like a pause point in 185-195 prior to explosion... the minor panic sending S&P and Dow near "head&shoulder" critical points seems to be averting the edge... this week is a stabilizing week, next a surging week

suspect bighouses are growing impatient... opportunity to purchase large blocks in 180's might be dwindling... how low can they buy? .. seriously doubt under 180... this week is the last window in my opinion

I see a waiting game looking for some beefy news on the handset sale... 200 is a major barrier... I expected three rebuffs... got one in late August, another last week

who knows? / jim
