Hi.Sorry for the delayed response.I was travelling for work.In reference to 'they',the present management,they have certainly rewarded themselves in pay and bonuses while the company has continued to lose money.Last year,management upped salaries and bonuses to boardmembers and their sons by an addtional 500k.That reflected immediately in the loss for the year end.The s3 filing was last month.I located it on Edgar.I will look tonight when I have more time.Also,it is a regular event for the company to extend the reporting time for the quarter or year end.As to their technology,most of the original technology was acquired by Scangraphics when they forclosed on a note.It ain't something they developed,its' something they acquired.As to Mike Mulshine,he was happily touting his own company on Prodigy last year for weeks,talking about how great things were going,while at the same time registering the sale of his own shares,a point he neglected to mention.As for belonging to some consortium for the development of a standard,you can't eat it and it doesn't earn you interest.Good luck.
