Thread, I use to make trades for my uncle throguh schwab. they have a system that routes you to the best spot nationwide. But, hafter being routed it sure took a long time to talk to a real person. Their natiowide 1-800 routing system is good but they are still understaffed. Escpeciallly if you have realtime info and realtime pagers. you call and expect to place and have it over in minutes. (options) I call my Q/R office here and someone takes my order on the 1st or 2nd ring and it's over. I got him to change brokers.
