Captain, it is most difficult to keep and contain intelligent employees in todays market, especially when they are intelligent young men with an urge to play. The funny thing is the correlation between production and proclivity to want to experiment with the next new toy on the market. My best programers and producers are the ones with the most desire to play. Nevertheless, the new company bylaws prohibit games before 5 pm.
