Alex, It is my understanding that QSound received a one-time payment from Sega for the console's main chip. Given Dreamcast's success, an ongoing royalty stream would have been preferable, but that's 20-20 hindsight.

On the software side, if the game developer uses QSound software add-ins, then Q receives a royalty for each game sold. Since the games you mentioned are carrying the QSound logo then it would appear that there will be some revenue. How significant, I have no idea. The Q3 earnings report should be out in a month - maybe Dreamcast will be discussed.
