I recently bought two P-III's from Dell and have encountered problems with both. Numerous call to Dell's tech support have been unsuccessful in fixing the problems. Of interest, each time I called, I got a different tech, and was given a different solution for the problems, none of which have worked. I'm on the verge of sending Michael Dell a personal letter asking him, or a member of his staff, to look into this situation. I am very disappointed in Dell's tech support. Wonder how many more are seeing the same thing? Stock Bull
