"Will Picturetel repurchase any of their shares at current level". That's the question I have been asking myself for the last 2 weeks. What's the best strategy to leverage the cash ? should the company invest back in its stock via repurchase programs or should the company use the cash to fund its operations (ie R&D, Capital Spending, plant expansion,...)?
