Dennis, I am not "in the business", just a private invetsor who happens to believe in the mutual fund concept. So I have built myself my own mutual fund of small/micro cap venture capital equities. I stick primarily to the VSE and ASE because I find it easier to double check my sources, execute due diligence etc. I have set myself out my own prospectus with regards to investment levels per equity and so on and try to stick to them. I stray periodically when I run across something really special, but try not to very often.

With regards to MIY versus NVE and the difference in price, you should keep in mind that MIY has 4 times as many shares outstanding. They are further along in the game on their properties but also have more hurdles (Cuba, Law suit, etc.) to deal with than NVE. Hence a rather comparable price/share ratio.

Hope this is of some help.

Salut,
Leigh McBain
