Well, she can go to zero of course :-)

But the lowest BPNDX has gone since QQQ started trading is 36... whooops... we're there now. But NDX has been around many years (10+ I think), however I don't have access to BP data for any period before what I've already posted.

36% was reached just this past Aug. Looking at other data, I could easily see it going to it's 100 SMA at 114-ish. If it does, I'm going long for sure. As for right here and now... we're right in the middle and the NDX seems so overvalued... but who is to say it can't get more so?! :-)
It sure has been pretty resilient hasn't it!

(PnF traditionally lists 30% and under as the 'green zone'... so the closer it gets, the better it will be for longs)
