Well...I am sad to say...

...that I spoke with the company [Mark] only a couple of weeks ago after I read the form 15 below.

The stock was trading around 15 cents at that time. Mark told me that the company didnt want to continue paying the cost of the filings. Apparently they could afford to have their market cap cut in half though...CUZ a lot of folks sold...including me.

Like I said : GO FIGURE

I was trying to explain this to Mark and he asked: "what is market cap?"

It looks like you got software gurus with no market savvy.

I think this is a good company...but I have my fill of pinksheet companies right now.
