Land Rover---A vehicle fit for a Princess! Very classy. The color, er colour, sounds very nice too. Congratulations.. There was an article in the Austin paper comparing home prices/values to San Jose, which also saw a boom as a result of Silicon etc.. It went on to talk about how if we think we've seen appreciation...look at S.J.! WOW..I did and it's out of control. A house that went for $29,000 in '69 is now worth $900,000. Time for tea?
