Darrell - I share your skepticism about the value of the giga report. My concerns stem more from the range of data I have been discussing. If I was comfortable that DELL was on the right track on services, I would not have given the giga report a second thought. Every one of the "rating services" is looking for a hook. IDC and dataquest are the gold standards in my book but they concentrate mostly on hardware sales.
