I'm surprised the SEC approved this one. I wonder if they disclosed, in their prospectus, that their only source of profitibality in 1994 was their questionable and undisclosed sales of their majority position as shareholders and control of the board of directors of Advanced Gravis Computer Technology (OTC:GRVSF)(TSE:AED)

Logitech's profits exceeded $15 million from this stock sale. Logitech, while in control of the board was also competing head on with Gravis in soundcards (SoundMan Wave) and joysticks (WingMan). This was also not disclosed to the shareholders.

This was the beginning of the end for the Gravis shareholders. It was a nightmare from then on.
