I have mixed views about the deal. One, I'm not all that enthusiastic about ALA, but it has been some months since I looked at it closely. Two, GCTI seems to be growing well, and $45 is looking pretty inexpensive.

Perhaps someone else will make a bid, in the meanwhile I'll take a closer look at ALA.
