But it looks like they can't agree on which trough to feed at. Reminds me of the story about the sheep that was placed exactly half-way between two bags of grain, and starved because it couldn't decide where to go. Hopefully, the President will veto all Republican tax cuts, and the Congress won't pass the Democrat spending wish-list, and everyone will just keep shouting at each other, and doing nothing, through the next election. If that happens, the surplus will all go to debt reduction, which is what Greenspan has been telling them to do. Isn't democracy wonderful?
