First, I am not say anything negative about IFLO. What I am doing is trying to clarify the information that is being presented.

On the topic of Oberweiss Report:
The July report does NOT state that Oberweiss purchased IFLO. It does NOT list them in their portfolio section. The only reference is under the STOCKS UNDER REVIEW section and it says nothing but their name and current price.

On the topic of Bridgeway:
My statement is that mutual funds will not flood to buy this stock because the maximum position they can take is 320 million if the market cap remains at 64 million. 200 million is the magic market cap when mutual funds start flooding to a stock. (Reference The Motley Fool Investment Guide)

On the topic of Wedbush Morgan:
My comment was that only 1 analyst (Wedbush Morgan) follows this stock. So when they beat analyst estimates they are only beating 1 analyst's estimate. (Reference First Call)

On the topic of Small Cap definition:
Small is defined as under 1 billion market cap. Micro is defined as under 250 million market cap. This stock is small for a micro. (Reference Investing in Small-Cap Stocks)

Sergio, this is not splitting hairs. This is about embellishing the facts. Your comment about "institutional buying" - msg 23823 got my attention. I tend to be suspect when people present FA on penny stocks. (Penny stocks are defined as less than $5 because their are many restrictions on stocks under that level. Also you could not even enter this stock in the DWA stock contest).
