Violetta, I think the best thing to do is to take it to a computer repair shop.

You said it's NEW, is it still under warranty?

Also, if your computer starts going weird on you for no apparent reason, check for a virus. I remember a problem I had a few years ago, one of my computers was loosing drives, I could not see them in Windows File Manager. It turns out it was a virus.
