Hey, you can waste my time with good news anytime. If it turns out to be true, it could be interpreted that Nortel can't supply Qwest fast enough (or cheap enough), and a "foot in the door" beats "out in the cold" anyday for LU. They have an excellent record for building contacts into contracts.
