I think they will ( as Red predicted ) settle out of court with Aber and get them to cough over some more money for development as part of the settlement.
Doubt they will spend all the cash it takes to fight with Aber right when the biggest thing on the agenda is to get the loot for a mill.
They will cave to Aber if they wave around a few bucks right at this point. IMPO
