i am pleased to see that they give mvee asstets of 50 million ,and no debt. i would hope that the reverse might be a bit more favorable, but at these prices i think its a no brainer.. there doing what they said they would.. audits are complete on mvee.. they sure seem like there going to a lot of trouble for a 2 cent stock.. and to get above 4 buck post merger should not be a big deal.. now if i can just pick up a million shares at these prices i think i stand a fair chance of makeing a ton.. and if not..we .. that the way it goes.. but looks reasonable so far imo tim
