Don't be surprised by the delay -- it's the normal process. Waiting for a transaction to be approved by the regulatory bodies (VSE) always takes a fair amount of time -- it's simply the way these transactions work. I've invested in other deals where the stock has been halted for as long a six months before the transaction was ultimately approved (and the stock was trading again). Hopefully CFV's acquisition won't take quite that long (ideally no more than 2 months). What news are you expecting the company to release ? I've never seen an example of a public company that has halted it's stock with the announcement of an acquisition and then continued to disseminate news while the stock remains halted. Why waste the bullets / ammunition (news releases). Perhaps the company continues to do due diligence while the halt is in effect ?

With MPV trading at $1.75 (the lowest its been in the last 12 months), are we really missing out on anything? I just bought some 2 weeks ago at $2.55 -- hope it rebounds.

Just my thoughts. Hope they help.
