IMO the importance of the Hoechst dismissal has been overlooked. Originally they were a thorn in the side of ALLP, now it appears they feel there will be a greater profit in selling ALLP raw materials than would have been realized in a settlement.
It would seem Hoechst believes ALLP will have a promising future!
