Jules, it has been a few (years) much has happened, including my coming to this board quite some time ago but
funny twists happen in life. Now to Intc. I've caught up on
Jacks posts, btw, he is the best trader I know, and taught me enough about options to let me leave my day job to become a trader fulltime. Intc, is in a position it has been in many time before, leaving everyone wondering where its going. The answer, higher, soon but not without its testing
lows in this part of the fall. Money flow is positive as a total, but negative in that the trading is out of the stock at this time. We are close to oversold about 80 on the %R. An 18 and 9 day moving average crossed over 5 days ago, and is widening. Stochastics are oversold and nearing a turn. The kicker is the market in general, on the verge of testing its lows at the 10,200 area in the Dow and now below the 50 day on the S&P. Intc is now below the 50 day moving average and this is a negative to the stock, for how long is the question. The FOMC looms as the large nut to crack next week, with the earnings preannouncements ending in the next week time frame. News from Taiwan is getting better, news from RMBS or some other comment about the future would help
Intc right now, both for the stock price and investors psychologically. News of the Celeron bug for two versions of it server chips is just another annoyance. I still hold my core holding and leaps in Intc and have been trading sold calls a bit in here. Best of luck with your positions,
