Most likely he DIDN'T cover and that's the reason for the article! I'm totally impressed with their service... I am a frequent Amazon customer and recently received a book that was to be a gift in very slightly damaged condition. Not only did they immediately send a replacement, but they sent an e-mail apology and refunded my return shipping cost! Impressive - especially after all the return complaints on e-commerce sites. Sitting here drinking out of my free Amazon coffee cup with amazon post-it notes stuck to my computer....great brand merchandising also. And their personalized e-mail alerts on every subject you would want are great. They just upgraded them to html instead of just text. Great way to find out about books and music you might never have known about.
