QWST told us that there were no estimates on restored service and that it would definitely not happen this afternoon (this was at 2 or so that they told us to pack it in on network access). What happened to the "self healing network" that QWST runs? Was it all just a marketing ploy? These are the things that attracted me to this company in the first place, and the truth is really showing through. I am disappointed.... Justin
