[Toronto, CANADA] Bell Canada have an exclusive agreement whereby TD Bank will facilitate the evolution of Bell Canada's electronic bill presentment (EBP) service through e-route inc.

TD will integrate and implement the online bill design and ongoing production activities such as electronic file delivery and future enhancements.

e-route inc. is jointly owned by six Canadian financial institutions of which TD is a shareholder. e-route will enable Canadian consumers to receive and optionally pay their bills via the Internet, from a variety of billers -- including Bell Canada. Customers can also access their billing history for previous months.

Established in 1998, e-route is to provide its member financial institutions with the technology and infrastructure to deliver electronic banking solutions to their customers. This initiative is a fully integrated bill presentment and payment solution.
