dear Steve,The it-investor.com (do not forget the hyphen)site gives on a daily basis the % by which the IT market is under/overvalued by calculating the average discount rate of future consensus earnings required justify the daily prices of~150 IT shares & comparing it to a historical standard.
29th Sept close:2% undervalued,average discount rate=11.55%,standard discount rate 11.45%.
What is your opinion on the job done?
