Hi Challo:

You have a good point with the insider sales but the majority of the officer sales were at much higher prices (exclusive of some stock option exercies where I assume there cost basis was much lower and they would have to pay tax @ a 45%+ rate).

I'm just looking at the chart and think the $25 area is a good long term entry price. I like the fundamentals relative to the price and think we'll see mid 30's by year end (but need to be cognizant of overall market).

I expect a little more weakness until a new announcement comes out (whether by the company or brokerage). On the P&F chart it could retrace to $24 but I think the $21 was an overreaction and set a bottom (of course we could always have a 2nd test of it). I started legging in @ $25 and have a GMO in @ $23 (greedy) but if $24 is the bottom I'll buy more. The company's buy back program should put a bottom on the price.
