Mr Ron Howard reports
The following are nominations to the company's board of directors: Mr R.A.
Bruce McDonald (chairman of the board), Mr Lindsay Semple (president and
CEO), Mr David R. Bourne (CFO), Mr Karl Rolike (director), Mr Tom Milley
(director) and Mr Charlie Kartadinata (director) all to be elected at the
next AGM in June 1996. In addition, Messrs McDonald, Semple and Rolike have
agreed to acquire substantial positions of Coleville's stock at current
market prices.
Mr Jens Touborg, a geologist retained by the company, is currently in
Indonesia examining the geology on targeted properties and it is
anticipated that he will provide written reports within approximately the
next ten days. It is the intention of Coleville to develop and expand its
presence in Indonesia. |
