Ragingbull thread has been full of interesting issues, as well as, false rumors & strange statements. All of it points to the failure of management to manage a company for its intended 'legal/economic' purpose.
Now, I wonder, if regulatory bodies do not agree with the above statement or, they have no time to monitor, inform, and enforce regulations? May be they have larger fish to fry?
Any comment will be instructive.
