THE NEEDLE POINT

Dorcas fastidiously "crowshayed" daily on her masterpiece.
Company would ooooh and ahhhhhh at the sight of her splendid creation.
But alas, one day as she sat down to crowshay, her needle point broke into 44 pieces.
Stunned, she picked up 43 pieces.
"Where's the 44th, she asked?
