ES - if BBY can't provide better customer and warranty service than they did on my 1 1/2 year old ACER, they should change their symbol to "worst buy".

Have you ever tried to call them at a local store or the head quarters; plan on 1/2 hour wait on the phone and don't even consider a call back when the person hasn't showed up for work on schedule, yet.

They saved my data before sending off to LA where it was not only not fixed over the 2 months, but they lost the data and finally it died in their hands. We worked out a replacement, but what a pain.

Sorry for rambling, you hit my hot button. LOL.

So far SFP is holding strong. BBY has been in the database for nearly 2 years but CC is on my watchlist.
