I decided Track Data was not going to refund the improper charges made to me without outside prompting so I have filed a formal complaint with NASD. If you need to do the same the process is very simple. Start by filling out the online form at nasdr.com. Be sure you have documented all conversations and correspondence and have records to back your complaint. If a simple phone call to the firm does not cause resolution then you will need to supply confirming documentation.
