Calvin et all.....to be exact its "$0.112 per share BEFORE deduction of Court-awarded attorneys fees and expenses."
"...a Settlement Fund consisting of $3,000,000 in cash, plus interest has been established."

"Statement of Potential Outcome of Case:
IF this litigation had proceeded to trial and Plaintiffs had prevailed on every claim and contention asserted, Plaintiffs' counsel estimate that the average per share recovery COULD have been as high as $2.437 per share before deduction of any..." and so on. "However, collection of a judgement for this amount was highly unlikely."

In summary, the fact that we've all been screwed remains unchanged.
If & when I receive a settlement check (certified I hope), of .112 per share LESS attorneys fees, I'll use it to take the family to McDonalds.

Yes Calvin...pathetic!!!!
