Gibbons,

I tried to use your Quote.com Community a few times but was very disappointed at its slowness. Are you going to use it as an official technical support channel? I'd hope so since it's completely in your control. If so, please make adequate human and system resource available for it. If you build it, people will come.

By the way, I also tried calling the support line. I gave up after waiting for over 10 minutes listening to classical music.
