We are terribly sorry for the internet outages the past few days. This was the worst outage in the history of our otherwise good service.
We beg you to stay as a customer: - We are taking big steps to correct this problem.
For most people, service was restored today after over 3 days of sheer frustration. Without going into many many technical details, let us say that we were devastated by a routing mistake by a major internet provider. Most of the phone calls were from the same Internet providers: AT&T Worldnet, AOL, and others. I say this not to blame them (it had nothing to do with them), but instead to show that the calls were "groups" of customers, and the outage did not affect every internet provider. It only affected those internet providers who got bad "internet routes" to interquote.com
Now, there are some who will not believe us that it was a mistake made by another ISP, and instead claim we oversell the service, etc.
A. I assure you as an honest businesman that we do not oversell. Our quote servers are not at capacity, and our direct internet provider, www.alpha.net has a T3 high speed line, which is only at about 20% usage! B. If we oversold our service, *EVERY DAY* would be sheer frustation (not just the last 3 or 4). Watch after internet routing is restored - service will be like normal. C. If we oversold, we would not have the good reputation we have (although badly soiled now.)
Please accept my most sincere apologies, from a company trying to provide a reliable and affordable service. Please know that we are purchasing another high speed internet connection, not for speed issues, but for reliability issues.
Thank you.

Finally somebody responded to me this time! Still can't trust their service. Anybody have any suggestion?
