I don't know what's going on today... usually IDEC has the biggest price swings in the afternoon between 2 and 4. At least that's been my experience. Today it opened up at 21 5/8, rocketed to 24 1/8 or so, and now back to 22 3/8 last I checked. Today doesn't seem like most days so far.
