Gee, no sense of humor at all.<ggg>

FWIW, I've been using 4.61 since it was released, with virtually no problems. (other than that gremlin we discussed privately, which is affecting both browsers)

My understanding of 4.7, which I downloaded last night, is that it fixes a lot of bugs, adds an MP3 player and the latest Real G2, as well as the latest AOL Instant Messenger. I'll be installing it when I build build a new system I am planning in the next two weeks.

As for WP8, I have not used it in a while, but often had it open with almost all the same ones you described plus two real time data feeds streaming in, and didn't have problems. I can't imagine having to reboot NT that much. Damn, that's why I went to NT in the first place. I NEVER crash. I DO have 256mb RAM, but never crashed with 128 either. Sounds like you had a gremlin like the one we spoke of. Probably a corrupt or virus infected WP file... I've seen that before cause similar crashes that uninstalling didn't fix. Lord knows Windows uninstall is not even close to complete in so many cases.

In any case, you could always take an image now, while things are fine, and then install 4.7. At least then a re-do would cost next to nothing in terms of time involved.

I'll let you know how 4.7 goes.
