VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 30, 1999--The
Board of Directors of Jaguar Gaming Corporation (OTCBB - "JAGG") is
pleased to report that the consolidated audited financial statements
for the fiscal year ended December 31, 1998, as well as the unaudited
financial statements for the first and second quarters of the current
fiscal year have been completed.
The Company is now in the position to proceed with its Form 10-SB
registration filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission ("SEC"),
in order to achieve fully reporting issuer status as required.
The Company further reports that, during the past several months,
it has been involved in an ongoing, costly legal dispute with the
principals of its wholly owned subsidiary, Integrated Systems Design -
Carolina, Inc. ("ISD") of Fort Mill, South Carolina. Due to the
current impasse which has resulted between the companies, Jaguar's
Board of Directors firmly believes that a sale of ISD back to its
original shareholders will be in the Company's long term best
interests. Negotiations to achieve this objective are still in
process.
In light of the new compact recently signed in the State of
California, management is of the opinion that a corporate
re-structuring is necessary in order to secure the required funding to
take advantage of the growing opportunities in this market. The
Company is currently reviewing its options with legal counsel and
expects to announce further details in the near term.
