"Before joining Whittman-Hart, Osborne was Chief Information Officer and
Executive Vice President of Heller Financial, Inc. In addition to managing
information technology staff in Chicago, Michigan, and London, she developed a
comprehensive three-year information technology strategy with emphasis on
e-Commerce capabilities including, transaction origination, customer
relationship management, and customer and employee self-service. Her work
experience is strongly rooted in financial services and technology strategy.
Osborne has also held several management positions, including senior project
executive and manager of application development & maintenance, for IBM Global
Service's outsourcing contract with Bank of America.
