[CAP Plumbing] Mike- The date is clearly posted in Bold. The URL to the story is active. I suggest if you feel the information was inaccurate on the day it was published, you contact Dr. John Cioffi at Stanford U. or Amati who penned the article. I suggest that he may know more than we mere mortals, and would bet you a beer he would not write an article intentionally quoting misleading statements. I have not seen any test results on any new CAP Modems, and therefore cannot verify his statements. I hope to talk with JC again at Interop. If you have not received an answer by then, I will ask at that time. Second read of your post: It sounds as if you take offence to my posting an out of date Article with the date clearly posted. In the future, I will try to address any inaccurate information within my posts. BTW: Can you tell me if the 7Mbp Cap Modem allows me to use my telephone at the same time? JW@KSC
