Paul: I think that this recent spate of news is a sign of strength and candor. INTC keeps us abreast of where they are just as MSFT keeps its investors apprised of the development cycle of their new products. I agree with your coment that this (along with Softee) is a stock the folks love to hate. The truth of it is that all companies should be so forthcoming with their imperfections. It tells me that they are confident that they will ovrcome the problems and move on if the past is prologue. They seem to move steadily forward and upward but the cable companies need grist for the mill and so these high profile companies are indeed fodder for the grinder. It amazes me how stupid the "big boys" are. INTC executes from design to fab as exemplified by their yields and bottom line so much better than the competition that they ought to be accorded a much bigger premiumm than they enjoy at present if one even exists.
