Hi, Ralph. The way I see it, if HERC restored only 1% of 1 1/2 billion feet of tuberculated water pipe, that would keep them pretty busy for a while. 15 million feet @ $14 per foot is $210,000,000. That wouldn't be bad for starters. I'm personally looking forward to a reduction in street excavations with their trenchless process. Now that will be a minor miracle realized wherever it happens. Let's keep the good words flowing. Val H.
