I only wish we had been far more aggressive in establishing military relationships and alliances with Russia. I think there was a moment there we could have taken most of the nukes off the board and brought almost all the rest under joint control. Might have cost a trillion but, oh my, what a chance not taken. Man am I glad you're not in charge. What a chance not taken? Joint control of our nukes with the Russians? If you knew anything about history you might see the utter stupidity of that statement.
