Hi Howard, please excuse some of our fellow investors who are a bit punchy.

Since part of that listing is in agreement with what we know about the company and part is in contradiction to what we know, I'd have to say that portions of the listing are incorrect. An error. A mistake.

As for "Why?" and "How could such a thing ever happen?" I run into that kind of thing fairly regularly when putting together "history of the company" pieces for clients. Recently the listing for a company at the Secretary of State's web site was completely wrong, even the company's name was spelled incorrectly -- obviously a clerical error on the part of whoever did the data entry. It was fixed with a phone call. Also, since no two mergers/acquisitions/etc. are structured exactly the same way, it is possible to get confused or not keep all the players straight the first time you hear about it or even after its been explained to you several times. (Some who post on this thread have been confused for almost a year. And they still can't figure out how to refer to the company since using its name -- the easiest solution -- seems beyond their comprehension...so they have invented a 9 figure device designed to confuse any newbie who shows up.)

What needs to be done is notify the company of the listing and its contradictions. Also notify Thomson Information Services Inc. who published the listing with the contradictory information. That way regardless who made the mistake, it can be clarified and the correct information posted by the good folks at Thomson.

Of course the parasites would never suggest such a real world solution. Instead those who want to restrict the Bill of Rights are getting their jollies talking about blowing up children's wading pools. While those living in their own nightmare fantasy universes are chomping at the bit in anticipation of weaving all kinds of tangled webs around something that appears to be simply a mistake based on a misunderstanding of the relationships between the various entities.

Watch the vultures circle! Watch the bombs go off! Watch the wading pools explode in a thunderous crash and splash! Hear the maniacal laughter! The parasites are swarming to the smell (in their own minds of course) of smoking gunpowder and burnt vinyl.

What a violent bunch this crop of bashers is! My, oh my, oh my!
